Standard Warranties

At Brother we always aim to be "at your side" and provide the best customer support - which is why we are not worried about offering longer warranty periods than traditionally expected. 

If problems occur, please contact Brother Support or visit one of our authorized service centres. You will be asked to:

  • Present a proof of purchase (receipt or an invoice);
  • Name the serial number of the machine and describe the problem.

We will lead you through a trouble shooting steps to identify if there is an error condition, you can correct (incorrect use, empty on supplies), or if it’s a manufacturing defect. Depending on the conclusion you might be asked to take your device to service centre for repair or other solution will be suggested for you.

No matter what the situation will be - we will be at your side!

All Brother devices that are being sold and purchased in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are entitled to 3 year standard warranty, subject to terms and conditions:

  • device must be used in accordance to the user manual and product safety guide;
  • a proof our purchase (invoice or receipt) must be on hand;
  • device must be used with Brother genuine supplies and accessories.

Extended 5 year warranty is applicable to Brother TJ label printers and Brother Inbenefit range devices - DCP-T530DW, DCP-T730DW and MFC-T930DW, that have been sold and purchased in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

To claim the warranty, same terms and conditions apply as for the 3 year warranty.

5 years return-to-base warranty as standard

We know our industrial label printers are built to last, so we are happy to increase their standard warranty from 3 to 5 years.
