Musti Group Nordic Oy and Brother Nordic A/S have concluded a partnership agreement

The Nordic region’s largest pet supply chain launches new partnership with Brother with a major campaign to develop printing processes and document management at the chain’s stores

Musti Group Nordic Oy and Brother Nordic A/S have concluded a partnership agreement that will see Brother deliver a solution for automated printout management, reporting and optimisation of document management for all of Musti Group’s stores in the Nordic region.

“We still make extensive use of printouts in our stores, and together with Brother, we wanted to develop our current approach to work. When it comes to prices, campaigns and product information, our turnover is significantly affected by the correct visual layout. We chose Brother as a partner because of their industry knowledge, service culture and solution-oriented approach to work. Thanks to its extensive expertise, Brother has accepted the challenge and given our Nordic organisation exceptional service,” says Pasi Orovuo of Musti Group.

 

Musti Group is the leading Nordic pet care specialist. The chain was formed in 1988 in Finland under the name Musti ja Mirri. It expanded to Sweden in 2012, and in 2017 opened its first store in Norway under the name Musti. The chain now consists of almost 280 physical stores and extensive online retail activities that support the store network. Musti Group is part of the Swedish investment portfolio EQT.

 

“Our partnership with Musti Group further strengthens our position within printout management in the retail trade. There are signs that printouts are on the whole in decline, but in some industries they are still very important for business activities, customer experience and results. We are grateful for Musti Group’s trust in us. It will be interesting to develop the visual change project that will take place within the stores together with them,” comments Mikko Pulkkinen, Nordic Sales Manager, Brother Finland.
