Brother at the office – When you need more than the usual A4

Brother is introducing five new inkjet printers that print in A3 format, three of which are all-in-one printers including fax. The new products in the series appear in a stylish white design and feature all of the professional functions that smaller and medium-sized companies need.

White is a beautiful colour and A3 is better than the standard A4.

On the basis of this reasonable philosophy, Brother introduces five new inkjetprinters, three of which are one all-in-one printers including fax. The printers are customised for busy offices at smaller or medium-sized companies in the private sector or the public sector.

Back in the days, Brother was a pioneer on the market by introducing printers that could print in A3 format. Now, Brother continues its pioneer deed with the latest inkjet family, which include two printers and three all-in-one printers capable of printing, copying, scanning, and faxing.

Brother’s new inkjet printers are easy to use and very reliable. Furthermore, the elegant white design suits the modern Scandinavian office environment that is often characterised by walls, tables, and furniture in brighter colours or all whites.

Economical and eco-friendly

Brother’s new series is equipped with a newly developed print head and new engines, which has a very low power consumption. Also, the printers are designed with focus on recycling in terms of the used materials and ink cartridges.

Therefore, the five printers are eco-labelled with the Nordic Swan, the German “Blauer Engel” and has received the international GS-certification to indicate that they are enco-friendly office machines.

Brother’s XL ink cartridges make enable the printers to print as much as 6,000 pages in black-and-white and 5,000 pages in colour, in order to secure a low price per printed page. The print speed is 22 ipm in black-and-white and 20 ipm in colour, and the first printed page is ready after just six seconds.

Numerous useful details

All five models in Brother’s new series can print on A4 or the larger A3 format. Also, the MFC-J6945DW and MFC-J6947DW models are able to scan and copy in A3. This is a huge advantage when working with brochures, large plans, diagrams, or wanting to print spreadsheets that can be read without using a magnifiying glass.

The MFC-J6947DW (all-in-one) and the HL-6100DW (regular printer) are the top models and have three paper trays, which makes working with several documents, both single-sided and 2-sided, flexible and easy. Moreover, manual and difficult replacement of paper is not necessary.

Brother’s five printers are able to print on both sides of the paper (2-sided) and are equipped with NFC (Near Field Communication). This makes it possible to use ID-cards for increased print security and for printing - wirelessly - directly from a smartphone that is held closely to the printer for a few seconds.

The three versatile all-in-one printers have an automatic document feeder on the top that has a capacity to hold as much as 50 sheets. They are operated from 9.3 centimeter touchscreens in colour. The regular printers, however, have to settle for smaller displays at 6,8 centimeters.
