Brother receives a series of British awards

A number of Brother printers and scanners have received much desired Outstanding Achievement Awards from the very critical test facility Buyer’s Lab. These awards are only bestowed upon extraordinarily good office machines and are accompanied by certificates of recommendations and reliability.

There is an abundance of prizes and awards to be won, but few are so hard to achieve as those from British Buyer’s Lab (BLI).

It takes months of hard testing under realistic everyday conditions to earn them, and the tests include a wide variety of products from various manufacturers.

Six of Brother’s latest printers, all-in-one-printers and scanners made it through the tests and received an ”Outstanding Achievement Award” for being the best product in their category.

Buyer’s Lab has also given the Brothers machines certificates for reliability as well as their recommendations.

Buyer’s Lab is regarded one of the leading, independent, test laboratories within”document imaging”. That means products such as printers, scanners and photocopiers.

In their evaluation of Brother’s products the experts from BLI underline elements such as innovation, usability, reliability, low power consumption and value for money.

Henning Elkjær, who is Nordic Marketing Director & Sales Director (Denmark) at Brother Nordic A/S, is pleased with the British BLI awards:

The six Brother products that have received Outstanding Achievement Awards this year from Buyer’s Lab, are:

•    HL-L5000 series of printers in the category ”Small Workgroup Printers.”
•    MFC-L5000 family of all-in-one-printers in the category ”MFPs for Small Workgroups.”
•    Brothers MFC-L6900 series in the category ”Multi Function Printers for Mid-Size Workgroups.”
•    HL-L6400 family in the category ”Printers for Mid-Size Workgroups.”
•    ADS-3600W scanner in the category ”A4 Network Scanners”.
•    Mobile scanners DS-820W and DS-920DW in the category ”Outstanding Achievement in Innovation.”
    
A number of Brothers other scanners received certificates such as ”Highly Recommended” and ”Reliable”.
