Scan to SFTP

Uploading scanned documents via FTP is a valuable function, but if your data is confidential you may want to add an extra layer of security.

Scan to SFTP makes sure all your uploaded scans are 100% protected. Using your existing Brother device you can send scanned data to your own or third party SFTP locations as normal, but with an added layer of encryption.

SFTP - Secure File Transfer Protocol – establishes a private and safe data stream, and by controlling access to your SFTP server more closely you can help keep the whole network even more secure.

Features & Benefits

 • Upload your scans as normal with a layer of encryption
 • Data stream is kept private and safe
 • Ensure file transfers are as secure as possible
 • Built-in technology means it’s cost effective to set up
